Order Processing

All items are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, new-drop launches), processing may take a little longer.

We’ll always aim to keep you updated if there are any delays.

These are estimates only actual times can vary due to local postal services, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide through our global Printify fulfilment network, except for a small number of regions where delivery is unavailable. These currently include Russia, Belarus, North Korea, and Ukraine.

If you attempt to place an order from a restricted region, checkout will automatically prevent the order from being completed.

Shipping Rates

We keep it simple with a flat rate shipping fee displayed at checkout. Prices are shown in your local checkout currency.

International customers may be charged customs duties, VAT, or import taxes by their country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Carriers We Use

We partner with a range of global carriers and postal services. Carrier choice depends on your delivery address and current service availability to ensure the quickest and most reliable route.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Walking Canvas Co. operates as an Australian sole trader (ABN 57 579 046 013).
  • We are not registered for GST prices shown are final.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
  • We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or import processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for steps to request a replacement or refund.

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us we’ll investigate with the carrier.
If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We can’t take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
