🛒 Ordering & Production
Q: Are your tees ready-made or printed after I order?
All our tees are made to order, which means we print your design just for you once your order’s placed. It keeps things sustainable, reduces waste, and ensures every tee gets the attention it deserves.
Q: Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
We get it minds change! If you need to update your order, contact us within 12 hours. Once printing starts, changes are not possible (our printers move fast!).
Q: Do you offer bulk or custom orders?
Not through the store (for now), but we’re always up for a good idea. If you’re thinking bulk or custom, reach out and let’s talk it through.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, EU, USA, and Canada basically, wherever there are people who love good tees.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We like to keep things easy a flat rate of $9.95 AUD for all orders, domestic or international.
Q: How long will my order take?
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Delivery (Australia): 3–10 business days
- Delivery (International): 7–21 business days depending on location

Q: How do I find my size?
Check out our Size Charts before ordering. They've got all the details to help you find your perfect fit.
Q: Do your tees shrink?
Our tees are preshrunk during production, but a little natural shrinkage can happen over time, nothing major. Cold wash + low heat dry = your tee stays true.
Q: How do I care for my tee?
Easy: cold wash, low tumble, and inside out. Full details live on our care instructions page.
💸 Returns & Refunds
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because every tee is made to order, we can’t offer exchanges for change of mind or size so double-check the size guide before hitting “Add to Cart.”
Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect - what now?
We’ve got you covered. Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it fast with a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it’s usually in production and too late to cancel.
