Overview

At Walking Canvas Co., every tee is printed just for you. Because we use a made-to-order print-on-demand process, we don’t hold stock and that means our return policy works a little differently to traditional retail stores.

We want you to love what you ordered, and we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

Returns & Exchanges

Each item is custom printed, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selection
  • Personal preference

To avoid disappointment, please check our Sizing Guides before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, here’s what to do:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email walkin.canvas.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund whichever you prefer.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  • Where possible, we’ll offer a replacement first, to minimise waste and keep things planet friendly.

Taxes, Duties & Fees

  • Walking Canvas Co. operates as an Australian sole trader (ABN 57 579 046 013).
  • We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on sales.
  • International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or VAT charged by their country.
  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rate and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Shipping Issues

We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time, but please note:

  • We can’t be held responsible for delays, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us we’ll work with the carrier to locate it.
  • If confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.
  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 14 days with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll review and work with you on a fair resolution.
