Every order is made to order, printed by our trusted fulfilment partners, and sent straight to your door with care (and a little excitement).
Shipping
🌏 Where We Ship:
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the EU, USA, and Canada through our global Printify fulfilment network.
📦 Processing Times:
All items are made to order, which means:
- Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
- Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and carrier:
- Australia: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order hits the road (or sky).
Flat Rate Shipping
We like easy math. One flat rate of $12.95 AUD applies to all orders, whether you’re down the road or across the globe.
No guessing. No hidden costs. Just fair shipping for everyone.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Because each country has its own import thresholds and rates, we can’t predict the total cost your local postal or customs authority will let you know if fees apply once your parcel arrives.
We’ll always declare your order accurately and comply with international shipping laws to keep things smooth and transparent.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, send us an email at

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we don’t hold stock and can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size.
(That’s why we encourage checking the Size Guide before ordering.)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ve got your back.
Just email us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Cancellations
Changed your mind right after ordering?
We can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase just contact us quickly and we’ll do our best to stop production before it starts.
